Insurance Acceptance Information

At our clinic, we strive to make quality acupuncture care accessible to everyone. While we are not in-network with most insurance providers, we are happy to support you in utilizing your benefits in the following ways:

• Superbills Available
  We are happy to provide superbills upon request for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
• Out-of-Network Benefits
  If your plan includes out-of-network acupuncture benefits, we gladly accept them and will file claims on your behalf to make the process as smooth as possible.

Examples of Accepted Plans and Benefits

• Federal Employees and Retirees / U.S. Postal Service Employees and Retirees
  Those with MHBP Aetna Choice POS II through the AHF Network often receive 100% coverage for acupuncture services.
• Oracle Employees in Colorado Springs
  Employees with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) and out-of-network acupuncture benefits typically only pay 20% co-insurance.
• Veterans
  We proudly support our veterans. If you are eligible through the VA Community Care Network, your acupuncture treatments are 100% covered by the VA.
• Workers' Compensation
  With a valid referral from a Workers' Compensation Doctor , we accept Workers' Compensation cases.
